Welcome to Mini Streets at Crossgates. By booking
a session or using our facilities, you agree to the
following terms and conditions.
All bookings must be made in
advance via our online booking
system. Payment is required
at the time of booking to
secure your session.
Play sessions are 90 minutes
long. Please arrive no more
than 5 minutes before your
session. Late arrivals may
result in a reduced play time.
Children must be supervised by
an adult (16+) at all times.
Adults remain responsible for
their children throughout
their visit.
For hygiene and safety, we
recommend children wear
socks at all times. Please
ensure children are dressed
appropriately for play.
Please do not visit if you or
your child are feeling unwell.
We may refuse entry if a child
is displaying symptoms of
illness.
External food and drink is not allowed to be consumed inside our venue unless you are attending one of our party packages where party food and birthday cakes are agreed in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse
entry or ask any guest to leave
if their behaviour is likely to
cause harm, distress or
disruption to others.
Mini Streets at Crossgates
cannot accept responsibility
for loss, damage or injury
unless caused by our
negligence.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or move a standard play session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your booked session.
Unfortunately, cancellations or requests to move a booking made within 24 hours of the session cannot be refunded or transferred to another date.
